OFFICIAL SELECTION – 5th Edition NaNo Film Festival

After a thorough evaluation of films from around the world, Artistic Director Vincenzo Lamagna and Selection Manager Nadia Cortellessa have selected the 34 finalist works divided according to the categories of competing Shorts: Drama, Comedy, Documentary, Campano, Animation, and out of competition: Music Video, Documentary Feature.

“Receiving so many films in the preselection is a source of great pride for the entire NaNo Film team as well as a sign of quality: all the shorts that reached the final stage are certainly excellent in the global short film panorama and beyond” said Vincenzo Lamagna.

All the films will be screened in the days leading up to the final on June 16 and will be evaluated by both the popular jury (composed of all attendees during the event) and the technical jury.

The popular jury will determine the winning short film in each category, while the technical jury will be responsible for selecting the winner of the Best Film award of the 5th edition of the Nano Film Festival, which will also receive a cash prize.

The out-of-competition Documentary Features will also be screened in the days preceding the final, with dedicated events, and along with the Music Videos, will be judged and awarded by the Artistic Directors of our partner Festivals.
